What we do with your information.

The short version: this website does not collect anything about you. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixels. Nothing you type on this site is sent to us by this site.

What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
• It runs no analytics — no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no visitor tracking of any kind. We cannot see who visits or what you read.
• It carries no advertising or social media pixels.
• It loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Everything the pages need is served from this domain.
• There is no login and no account to create.

When you use a form on this site

The tour request and daycare interest forms do not send anything to a server. Pressing the button opens your own email program with a message already written, addressed to the school. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself, and you can edit or delete it first.

Once you send it, it is an ordinary email in the school office inbox, handled like any other message from a parent.

The application form

The application at /application is filled in and turned into a PDF entirely inside your own browser. The information you type — including your child’s details and any records you attach — is never uploaded to this website or to anyone else. The finished PDF is saved to your device. You then attach it to an email and send it to the school yourself.

If you close the page before finishing, nothing is kept. There is nothing to recover, because there was never a copy anywhere but your own computer.

Paying tuition or donating

Payments and donations are handled by Zeffy, a separate company, on their own website. When you follow a payment link you leave this site. Anything you enter there — card details, billing address — is collected by Zeffy under their privacy policy, not ours. We never see or store your card number.

Links to other websites

The uniforms page links to outside retailers so families can buy the right clothing. Those are ordinary links. We receive nothing when you use them, and once you are on another company’s site their rules apply, not ours.

Children’s information

This website is written for parents and guardians. It does not knowingly collect information from children, and as described above it does not collect information from anyone.

Student records the school holds — applications, enrollment paperwork, health forms, school work — are kept by the school itself and are governed by the school’s own records policy, not by this website. If you have a question about records the school holds on your child, please ask the office directly.

Server logs

This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like nearly every web host, their servers keep basic technical request logs, which can include an IP address. We do not use those logs to identify anyone, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Search engines

The school uses Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to see which search terms bring families to the site. These report on searches in aggregate. They do not identify individual visitors and they do not place anything in your browser.

Write or call the school office. We will answer plainly.
