No admissions season and no waitlist. Reach out, come see us, and your child can usually start within a week — any month of the year.
Call or message on WhatsApp, or book a tour online. Tell us your child's age and when you'd like to start. English or Spanish.
Tour in person, or by video call if you're out of town or abroad. Meet a teacher, see a classroom, ask anything.
A short enrollment form plus your child's recent records and immunizations. For families from abroad, we guide the translations.
Once enrolled, your child settles in fast — a teacher and a buddy family help. Mid-year and mid-semester are welcome.
These are the pieces the office needs to complete a file. Bring what you have and we will help you finish the rest.
The application form and tuition payment agreement, a student information sheet, an emergency authorization form, and a signed acknowledgment of the parent handbook.
Immunization records plus a physician’s report of a physical examination. California requires immunization against diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, measles, mumps and rubella.
A record of previous school performance and a report card, a recommendation form, and a photograph of your child.
Missing something? Bring what you have. We work with families to complete the file, including translating records from abroad.
We admit twenty children into each grade, space permitting. It is the reason every teacher knows every child by name, and we do not stretch it.
Eligible families all receive application materials on the same date. From there it is first come, first served, so returning your paperwork early genuinely matters.
We consider academic accomplishment alongside character, maturity, enthusiasm, breadth of interest, and recommendations. We are looking for a child who will thrive here.
The 2026-2027 school year begins Monday, August 24, 2026. Mid-year enrollment is possible when a grade has space.
