The school sends class reminders: event days, early dismissals, the monthly assembly, uniform days. Tell us where to send them and we will not send anything else.
How you would like to pay
Sign it
Sign with your finger on a phone or tablet, or with your mouse. This signature is drawn into the PDF.
I understand that a place is reserved for my child for the entire school year, and that the school asks for 30 days written notice to withdraw. I have read and agree to the tuition payment terms.
Attach your records
Optional, and you can always bring these in later. Photos and PDFs are added to the end of the same PDF, so the office gets one file.
Check your downloads for the file. Now email it to the office and attach that file.
