Our Mission Statement

Mission

In order to teach the whole child, we recognize that the emotional, social, physical, and intellectual needs must be met in a safe, challenging, creative, and loving environment.

Self-esteem, competence, and leadership are developed by building success upon success with reassurance and support. It is, therefore, our mission to provide our children with a solid foundation in the academics, extra-curricular enrichment, and opportunities for involvement in a child centered creative program.

Our goal is to provide experiences to enrich and enhance the child’s self-image and development as well as skills necessary to succeed in a partnership with teacher and parents.

Private TK and Private Elementary School — Kindergarten Prep Through Sixth Grade

At The Palm Desert Learning Tree Center, students are encouraged to strive for educational and personal excellence. Within this caring family environment, students reach beyond their own expectations and take extreme pride in their accomplishments.

The challenging curriculum at The Palm Desert Learning Tree Center Private School prepares students for academic and personal success at a selective private school or public middle or junior high school. Our scholastic standards are high. Stimulating intellectual work is required in every class, guided by dynamic and creative teachers. Our medium-sized classes, with a maximum of 20 students per one teacher, ensure consistent and positive interaction between teachers and students and help to maximize student performance and participation. Our goal is to develop independent students who can handle the responsibility of academic work based on solid direction — thereby increasing confidence in the classroom.
